Subscription-based access to AI-Friend, a proprietary cloud-based AI/SaaS software product. AI-Friend provides automated conversational interaction, voice/text interface, dialogue analysis, user profile features, insights, activity metrics and personalized digital outputs.

Full monthly access to the AI-Friend software platform.

Billed monthly. By default, the subscription does not renew automatically. Automatic renewal is enabled only if the user explicitly activates it in the platform or during checkout.

Subscription access is provided for the paid billing period. Auto-renewal is optional and is not enabled unless the user chooses to activate it.

Billing

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. Taxes may apply depending on the user's location and will be calculated at checkout where applicable.

Cancellation

If automatic renewal is enabled by the user, the user may cancel it through the platform or through the payment provider, where available. After cancellation, access may remain active until the end of the paid billing period. If automatic renewal is not enabled, access is provided only for the paid period and does not renew automatically.

Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, except where a refund is required by law or by the payment provider's rules.

AI-Friend is a software product. It does not provide medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, legal, financial, investment, lending, gambling, crypto, emergency or crisis services. The platform does not provide diagnosis, treatment, professional counselling or regulated advice.

Acceptable Use / Product Limitations

AI-Friend is not an adult chatbot, fantasy roleplay chatbot, dating app, AI girlfriend/boyfriend product, romantic companion product, NSFW chat service or roleplay entertainment platform.
